We will respond to your request within 20 working days. Some requests may incur a charge but you will be informed of this before you receive a final response.
If you're unhappy with the response you receive you have the right to ask for us to carry out an internal review of the decision.
You can request a review by emailing: foi@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk.
If you remain unhappy after the outcome of our internal review, you can appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner.
