Alan is an independent advisor to business and charities, with particular focus on leadership, organisation design, service design & development.
He has previously worked in customer experience and contact centres, designing operation and services for large global brands across the UK, Europe & Africa. Alan has also commited time to sit on Scotland's Children's Hearings as a panel member, is Chair of a charity working with families and is a mentor to a young person at school.
