“I was actually the first physiotherapist to work at the NHS 24 Contact Centre. I wanted to work in this role as it was a new opportunity, I now mentor a team of physiotherapists and have been able to help shape how our unit works within the clinical team. I really like what we’re able to do here, it’s a very innovative approach to physiotherapy and the chance to train and mentor other clinical staff is very rewarding."
